If you notice your decision making can be up or down, or you respond poorly to set backs, this can be solved by having a plan.

 

It sounds simple and that is because it is. The challenge we face is that in pressurised moments our instincts can take over and this isnt always beneficial for performance. To take control we need to know what we want to do before we have to do it, otherwise old habits will always kick in.

 

Just like we warm up our bodies so they are ready to perform, we want to warm up our minds so we can more easily focus on the things we know will give us the best performance.
